2 Timothy 3:13
But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse,
deceiving and being deceived.
An increase of false “movements” of the HOLY SPIRIT is likely on the agenda. Deceivers will wax worse and worse as the time draws close to the revelation of the anti-christ.
MATTHEW 24:4
And JESUS answered and said unto them,
Take heed that no man deceive you.
MARK 13:5
And JESUS answering them began to say,
Take heed lest any man deceive you:
Yes, Pentecost . . . the Baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT . . . is real and available today for you, that is, both corporate and individual.
But . . . do NOT trust any “Pentecost” which is not accompanied by an EQUAL amount of DYING to Self, both corporate and individual.
Whenever SELF is taken to the Cross, the power of the HOLY SPIRIT will be operating.
Any “movement” of the HOLY SPIRIT in which SELF is lifted up can NOT be a New Testament Pentecost --- even with seemingly spiritual gifts being evidenced .
If SELF is lifted up, it can NOT be a movement of the TRUE HOLY SPIRIT.
It is a counterfeit .
Flee from it.
Many, many Christians have been deluded because this one test has been ignored.
The HOLY SPIRIT did NOT come
to draw attention to Self or to any person.
The HOLY SPIRIT did NOT come to make us powerful.
It was NOT given to make us rowdy, fall backwards*, roll on the floor, howl like a dog or cackle like a chicken. Nor have uncontrollable laughter.
We see NONE OF THAT in Scriptures.
We should see NONE OF THAT in Churches.
Or in Christian meetings of any sort. But we do.
The HOLY SPIRIT is given to us to do ONE THING:
to make us holy.
HOLY . . .
Separated unto The LORD.
Separated from Self-serving.
Separated from the world.
When filled with the HOLY SPIRIT, Christians minister CHRIST JESUS to others.
Discernment of spirits, more meticulous conviction of sins ( one’s own sins ), deeper commitment to The LORD, and a closer Communion with our LORD JESUS CHRIST follows the out-pouring of the HOLY SPIRIT.
Loving Our SAVIOR+ becomes uppermost in our minds; The LORD JESUS becomes the CENTER of our existence. We see ALL Scripture pointing to HIM+.
We want to do NOTHING to hurt HIM+.
We want to do nothing to break that sweet Communion with HIM+.
We are SO ALIVE in JESUS !
Yes, we may OR MAY NOT speak in other tongues. But some do. Some come as prayer languages; some as prophetic utterances. Some as groanings unutterable.
Signs and healings, miracles, may take place, but they are NOT the focus . They are to make us LOVE JESUS MORE ( not love the miracles and signs more, chasing after the gifts instead of the GIVER+.)
Nor do we lead others
to chase after those supernatural gifts.
We do NOT hold training sessions on
“how to prophesy and do miracles.”
Instead, signs, healings, and miracles come as and when the HOLY SPIRIT distributes. They are used to testify to the REALITY of CHRIST JESUS being raised from the dead and ALIVE FOREVERMORE !
Death hath no dominion over HIM+; HE+ can never die again . . . and neither can we. We are passed from death unto LIFE. John 5:24
These signs, healings, and miracles are used as tools for evangelism TO BRING OTHERS TO CHRIST JESUS . . . not to bring them to follow signs, healings, and miracles !
When we receive the TRUE Baptism of the SPIRIT as on the day of Pentecost, we become unafraid of death.
We are not afraid to be sent out to evangelize or to encounter great hardships . . . because we love JESUS more and we want others to do the same.
This world is seen as it really is: TEMPORARY. We become convinced that “Only what’s done for CHRIST will last.”
The HOLY SPIRIT is NOT given :
To make us loud and rowdy with free expression
To make us “powerful”
To make us howl like a dog, cackle like a chicken, roll or fall on the floor*, or laugh uncontrollably
To build a “holy man” reputation for our selves
To become famous on the Internet
To develop a congregation of 20,000 in a few months and 28 extended churches in a few years
Nor to have high-powered, big-named worldlings open their institutional doors, global conferences, and planning committees to us.
Likewise, we do not OMIT the Gospel of Salvation through JESUS CHRIST when invited to speak to conferences of new agers, humanists, muslims, hindus, buddhist , nor Jews .
No, rather we TAKE THE GOSPEL to them at any given opportunity, no matter the cost. Even if we are expelled from the conference, meeting, or country.
And, we NEVER compromise the Scriptures with blends of this or than anti-Christ religion .
In season or out, we lift up JESUS as the only path to Salvation .
We never build our own Kingdom of Self . . . if we have the TRUE Baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT .
*[ Recall the New Testament accounts of people falling to the ground under the influence of the HOLY SPIRIT:
· Ananias and Sapphira, in Acts 5, who were slain by the SPIRIT because they lied to the HOLY SPIRIT
· Saul made blind and helpless on the road to Damascus as Saul was en route to persecute the followers of JESUS.]
Yes, the Baptism of the HOLY SPIRIT is available today, both corporate and individual.
Seek HIS+ Face . . . while HE+ may be found.
Live for JESUS only, and HE+ will be found !

For there shall arise false CHRISTS, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
Let us pray:
Our FATHER Which art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Save us from the deceptions which are abounding across the earth. Grant us discernment and keep our hearts close to the TRUTH in CHRIST JESUS.
Help us not to be deceived by signs and wonders which lift up men and their ministries.
Pour upon us Thy HOLY SPIRIT , so that we may draw closer to CHRIST JESUS and closer to THEE, Holy FATHER.
This we pray in the Name of Thy Beloved, Only-Begotten SON+, CHRIST JESUS our LORD. Amen.
