I will bring it forth, saith the LORD of hosts, and it shall enter into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth falsely by my name: and it shall remain in the midst of his house, and shall consume it with the timber thereof and the stones thereof. Zechariah 5:4
THE LITERAL TRANSLATION:
I have caused her to come forth, ( a declaration of YHWH of the Divine Heavenly Armies ) , and she has entered into the house of the thief and into the house of the one swearing to the falsehood by My Name and she remained within his house and she consumed him and his timbers and his stones.
GRAMMAR ANALYSIS
I
have caused her to come forth . . .
The first verb is a Hiphel Perfect with a 3rd feminine suffix . A Hiphel verb indicates the subject is CAUSING the action to take place but does NOT perform it himself.Let us remember that Hebrew has no “it” for non-persons.Everything is either a “he / him” or a “she / her”. In English, “it” fills the function for non-persons and has no gender. We have retained the literal “her” because it is a CLEARER reference to the Feminine- gendered CURSE.
I have caused her to come forth
A Hiphel verb stem is causative. That is, the subject CAUSES or is INSTRUMENTAL in bringing about the action but the subject itself does not DO the action.[ Like “He dictated a letter.” He did not write it , but he CAUSED someone else to write it. In Hebrew, the verb form for DICTATED would be “to write” in the Hiphel stem. ]Since The LORD ELOHIM is causing this SURE and CERTAIN action, SHE, The Curse, is certain to be brought forth. The Perfect is a sure action, one that is considered ACCOMPLISHED.Because this is a prophecy, translators have translated this Perfect verb into a future tense. However, we have retained the literal, “completed” sense of this Perfect to make clear to readers that the action is ACCOMPLISHED and SETTLED even though it is in a future prophecy.

a declaration of YHWH of the Divine Heavenly Armies …
A declaration of
This is interesting. "Utterance" or " Declaration" is a NOUN, not a verb. It is in the construct state ( i.e., utterance of ... ] . Masculine singular construct state.
The KJV “Hosts” is the familiar TZabaoth. It means armies. In this case, these are heavenly beings, not earthly, so “ Divine Heavenly Armies” simply clarifies what YHWH’S “hosts” include.

she
has entered
Again, the “it” is 3rd person Feminine and would be better translated as “she”, since the Hebrew has no “it”.The verb is again in the Perfect form . . . an action we are to consider as ACCOMPLISHED , regardless of time frame.
into the house of the thief and into the house of the one swearing to the falsehood by My Name
"to the falsehood"
This word "falsehood" is a NOUN, not an adverb ( hence, not "falseLY " ) . It is a Noun, masculine, singular, with two attachments at the beginning of the word.
The first attachment is the preposition "to" and the second is the definite article, "the".
So, the literal translation would be : " the one swearing to the falsehood by My Name. "
QUESTION: to WHAT falsehood ? What is THE falsehood being sworn unto , even using the Name of The ELOHIM ?

she remained within his house
The same Feminine “it” --- which is really a “she” --- and the same Perfect verb form, thus “remained.”
and SHE consumed him and his timbers and his
stones.
Now
this is VERY INTERESTING in the literal.
“SHE” is the 3rd person Feminine subject of this Perfect verb and “him” – 3rd person masculine (him) --- is the object attached to the end of the verb.
“SHE” refers to The CURSE because both the subject of this verb "consumed" and The CURSE are Feminine singular.
“Him” is often taken in reference to “house” because “house” is also a 3rd person masculine noun, so translators state “It (Feminine-gendered CURSE) … shall consume it ( Masculine – house).”
Obviously, “his timbers and his stones” refers to the “house” of the sinner being consumed by the Curse. Thus translators state “its” timbers and stones.
If however, all the masculine “it” words were replaced by the literal “him or his”, then we can see that the Curse is consuming not ONLY the earthly structure belonging to the sinner . . . but also is consuming the sinner himself !
