In the beginning, was  The WORD+

 And The WORD+ was with GOD

We could equally state: 
GOD was The WORD+.

Literally, then:

 GOD was continuously being The WORD+.

Where was HE+ when HE+ was talking to Nicodemus ?

HE+ came to destroy the works of the devil !

We CANNOT “counsel” away demons.
