HE+ Became the LAST ADAM+ ~ ADVENT #20

What Did HE+ Come Here TO DO ? 

HE+ came here to UN-DO  the cunning works of the devil.

Thus , of a necessity, HE+ came here to become the Second Adam. . . . THE LAST ADAM+.

And so it is written,

The first man Adam was made a living soul;

the LAST ADAM+ was made a quickening SPIRIT.

The first man is of the earth, earthy;

the SECOND MAN+ is THE LORD from heaven.

I Corinthians 15:45 and 47

HE+ became the Second Adam because the first Adam failed us. . .

BY HIS OWN FREE WILL.

The first Adam followed after his flesh instead of after the CREATOR of his flesh. 

  

Directly disobeying the explicit Word of GOD to him, Adam ate AFTER his wife did eat ( Genesis 3:6 ). 

He did so in order to retain his communion with his erring wife, who surely must have been in some stage of dying according to the Word of GOD, for: 

And the LORD God commanded the man, saying,

Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil,

thou shalt not eat of it:

for in the day that thou eatest thereof

thou shalt surely die.

Genesis 2:16-17

The first Adam chose his companion in the flesh instead of choosing his Companionship – both spiritual and visible – to be with The LORD, The ELOHIM: The FATHER, SON+, and HOLY SPIRIT. 

The first Adam turned from The Truth to follow the LIES of the evil one, for he accepted the forbidden fruit without a murmur.

Thus sin and death entered the human race. 

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world,

 and death by sin;

 and so death passed upon all men, 

for that all have sinned:

Romans 5:12

For the wages of sin is death; 

but the gift of GOD is Eternal Life

through JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.

Romans 6:23

Let us Pray: 

O LORD JESUS, help me never, ever to follow my flesh again. 

Grant me discernment to know when I am following my fleshly nature. 

Bring me into sober honesty about “whom” I am pleasing, at all times.

Keep all lying spirits away from me. 

This I beseech THEE+, O Righteous SAVIOR+, for Thy+ Name’s sake , to hear and do. Amen.
