in the Name of The LORD !

~ Palm Sunday ~
The Great I AM 

I AM the Resurrection.

Hosanna to the Son of David !

I AM the Life.

Blessed is HE+ that cometh

I AM the Way.

 in The Name of The LORD ! 

I AM the Truth.

they cast their garments upon the colt 

I AM the Bread of Life. 

And they sat  JESUS  thereon.

I AM the Light of the world.

...they spread their clothes in the way. 

I AM the Vine. 

...the whole multitude of the disciples 
began to rejoice

I AM the Door.

and praise GOD with a loud voice ...

I AM the Good Shepherd.

for all the mighty works that they had seen;

...I AM The SON+ of GOD.

John 10:36

Saying, 
Blessed be The KING+ 

that cometh 

in the Name of The LORD; 

peace in Heaven, 

and glory in Highest.

Advent Meditation # 17

My soul doth MAGNIFY The LORD...

And Mariam said,

My soul doth

MAGNIFY The LORD...

Luke 1:46

Mariam's response to Elisabeth's blessing was to ENLARGE

upon the GLORY of The LORD,

her LORD,

within her young soul.

Her heart and mind were over-flowing like Elisabeth's with laud and praise of 

Glory to GOD in the Highest !

She could hold no more; her cup was running over. Praised POURED out of her very being.  Praises to GOD MOST HIGH. 

We know some of the martyrs did too.

Stephen, the first martyr,

magnified The LORD

even as his murderers

gnashed upon him with their teeth. 

"But Stephen, being full of the HOLY SPIRIT, looked up steadfastly into Heaven,

and saw the glory of GOD,

and JESUS standing

on the right hand of GOD, and said,

BEHOLD, I see The Heavens opened,

and the SON+ of Man

standing on the right hand of GOD ! "  

Acts 7:55-56

MEDITATION

O FATHER GOD, SAVIOR of all Christian martyrs and faithful and true confessors,

I thank THEE for sending

Thy blessed HOLY SPIRIT

to fill the very souls of Thy+ children

with praise. 

We take no glory unto ourselves, O LORD.

Our goodness is nothing apart from THEE+.

We laud and magnify Thy+ HOLY Name, evermore praising THEE+ and saying: 

HOLY, HOLY, HOLY,   

LORD GOD of HOSTS, 

Heaven and earth

are full of Thy+ Glory! 

Glory be to THEE+ O LORD MOST HIGH. 

Blessed is HE+ that cometh

in the Name of The LORD. 

HOSANNA

IN THE HIGHEST! 

AMEN.  

PALM SUNDAY HOSANNAS!

SAVE NOW,

I BESEECH THEE+,

O LORD!

.

For the humiliation HE+ endured for our sakes, we give THEE thanks.... and also for the answers that HE+ gave to those who accused HIM+ wrongfully.

.

We thank THEE for the times HE+ gave no answer at all  to HIS+ accusers, as a LAMB+ led to the slaughter and as a sheep before his shearers is silent.

O my people, put to death your desire for acclamation and praise; that desire will lead you astray.

.

Seek MY+ face, not the face of man. If you turn your flesh from seeking man's smiles and TURN YOUR DESIRE FOR APPROVAL UPON ME+, you will have the true wisdom which cometh from Above.

.

You will have that peace which no man can take from you.

.

You will have that abundant joy which turns every slight, every hurt, every rough word spoken against you into a glorious jewel for your crown.

.

Learn from ME+ as I rode the colt into Jerusalem to receive MY+ crucifixion, not my acclamation. 

.

Your greatest victory comes AFTER you have picked up your cross and died unto Self.

PALM SUNDAY ~ ~ ~ The Donkeys

HOSANNA IN THE HIGHEST !

BLESSED IS HE THAT COMETH

IN THE NAME OF THE LORD !

Palm Sunday and the Donkeys

Just before HE+ was born in a stable, Our LORD rode into Bethlehem snug in the womb of the Hebrew virgin, Mariam, riding on a donkey.

HE+ was riding to His+ Birth, His+ entrance into humanity.

In her womb, HE+ rode the common beast of burden, the common man's means of transportation. HE+ was about to enter into this world of woe. HE+ was about to enter into this present darkness.

It only got darker as HE+ grew into manhood.

Then the True LIGHT+ of the world was proclaimed and some came to that LIGHT... which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. As many as received HIM+, to them gave HE+ power to become the sons of GOD, even to them that believe on His+ name.

On the day the church designates as Palm Sunday, Our LORD rode a donkey the second time. This time HE+ entered Jerusalem. The crowds worshipped and sang HOSANNA IN THE HIGHEST! BLESSED IS HE+ WHO COMETH IN THE NAME OF THE LORD !

HE+ knew HE+ was riding to His+ Death.

It is required of us to mount those donkeys too. We must join HIM+ in death so that we too can enter this world of woe, bearing His+ Light. May The LORD help all of us to do so.

In the name of The FATHER, the SON, and the HOLY SPIRIT. Amen. + + +
