What CHILD+ is This ?

And she brought forth a MAN CHILD+,
WHO+ was to rule all nations with a Rod of Iron:

And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the Woman which brought forth the MAN CHILD+.
Revelation 12:14
And to the Woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that She might fly into the wilderness, into Her place, where She is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

The commentaries are WILD about this verse, extrapolating it and squeezing from it all sorts of scenarios about the end times.
One thing we can safely state is that The LORD prepared a place and a way to SAVE ISRAEL , the Church in the wilderness. Acts 7:38
That Way was given in the FIRST ADVENT.
JESUS saith unto him,
I+, I+ AM
the Way, the Truth, and the Life:
no man cometh unto THE FATHER,
but by ME+.
John 14:6

HIS Ancient People are preserved as a remnant today, a remnant who believe in JESUS CHRIST.
This remnant-people may still retain their Jewish heritage, yet the remnant-people have met their MESSIAH+ and are washed from their sins in the Blood of the LAMB+.
Modern day Israel is certainly secular, but even so, some Jews are hungry for, looking for, and yielding themselves to the LORDSHIP of their JEWISH MESSIAH+, The LORD YESHUA+ , JESUS CHRIST.

What they can NOT accept is the perversions some Gentile Christian churches have made in the Christian worship services and faith. They see it as “idol” worship.
And who can blame them for rejecting that ?
The other thing we can safely state from this verse is that the “serpent” here is not a biological animal, but an ophis … that sharp-eyed, cunning spiritual creature.
(This creature was the Nachash in the Garden of Eden who tempted Eve. )

[ A “time” refers to one year. “Times” refer to two years. So, a “time, times, and half a time” refers to 3.5 years = 1260 days if based on the calendar year of 360 days used by the Ancient Civilizations across the earth . ]
Verses in both Revelation and Daniel refer to this “season.”
Revelation 11:2
But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the Holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months*.
*[ 42 months X 30 days = 1260 days ]
11:3 And I+ will give power unto My+ two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. [ 1260 days ].

Daniel 7: 25 -27
And he shall speak great words against the MOST HIGH, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws:
and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
[ 3.5 years = 1260 days if based on the ancient calendar year of 360 days . . . the calendar ancient civilizations used BEFORE the sun went back 10* on the sundial of Ahaz. See the second footnote in the # 12 Advent 2021 article.]
But the Judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole Heaven, shall be given to the people of the SAINTS OF THE MOST HIGH, Whose Kingdom is an Everlasting Kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey HIM.

LET US PRAY
Glorious GOD, Magnificent, Holy ONE, we thank YOU for delivering the Everlasting KINGDOM to Your people, the saints of the MOST HIGH.
We have passed from death unto LIFE because of the FIRST ADVENT of Your HOLY SON+ JESUS CHRIST.
After our appointed season of testing, we will pass into Your Eternal KINGDOM, to rule with HIM+ when HE+ returns to earth at the SECOND ADVENT.
Oh, LORD, shorten those days of testing !
Help us, O Heavenly FATHER, to pass the test during our appointed season of testing, that we may be found worthy to live with CHRIST as HE+ rules and reigns with His+ Rod of Iron on planet earth.
This we ask in the LIFE-GIVING Name of our LORD and SAVIOR+ JESUS CHRIST. Amen.
