For there is one GOD,
and ONE MEDIATOR+
between GOD and men,
the man CHRIST JESUS;
A mediator is called into the situation when the two parties cannot in their natural and current state be reconciled with each other.
In the world, a mediator is called between two nations at war with each other. The worldly mediator is a RICH nation which is able to award gratifying "gifts" ( bribes ? ) to BOTH sides of the warring nations . . . and thus, makes PEACE. A worldly peace.
The world sighs in relief, the merchants sigh in relief, the citizenry sigh in relief as all weaponry is laid down. Hostility ceases.
In the REAL world, the spiritual world . . . lies a MAJOR, IRRECONCILABLE HOSTILITY between satan and The ELOHIM: The FATHER, HIS Holy SON+ JESUS, and their Blessed HOLY SPIRIT.
No wonder it is so: The satan tried to usurp the Heavenly Throne. He and his followers, the fallen angels, were thrown out of Heaven after the cosmic rebellion.
In utter revenge, the satan tricked GOD'S highest creation, man, into choosing disobedience to GOD'S word to Adam in the Garden of Eden .
THAT MEANT WAR . . . war between disobedient man and The ELOHIM.
The MESSIAH+, The CHRIST, The ANOINTED ONE+, JESUS CHRIST , was specifically and purposefully born to be the MEDIATOR+ between GOD and man. And, furthermore, HE+ is . . .
the ONLY Mediator+.
HE+ does not Bribe, however, either side.
THIS MEDIATOR+ insists that man repent; there is no bargaining about that !
His+ Perfect BLOOD, His+ Perfect One-ness with The FATHER, established HIM+ as a well-received Mediator, on the part of GOD.
Therefore . . . whomever HE+ brings to The Heavenly FATHER is totally received by Our FATHER.
Indeed, NO MAN comes to The FATHER, except through the Blood of JESUS, Who+ is the only MEDIATOR+ between GOD and man.
John 14:6
JESUS saith unto him,
I+, I+ AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto The FATHER, but by ME+. + + +
LET US PRAY:
Thank YOU+, LORD JESUS, for coming to earth to mediate between me and GOD.
YOU+ became flesh to cover all my sins by Your+ BLOOD, as YOU+ died on the Cross, Blessed be Your+ Holy Name.
O LORD, I know that The Heavenly FATHER receives me ONLY through Your+ BLOOD, the BLOOD of HIS Beloved, Only-Begotten SON+.
No good works, no sacrifice, no humanistic service will suffice to bring any person to The FATHER, if the BLOOD of CHRIST is missing from that person's life !
As I witness for YOU+, LORD , help me to be mindful of that Truth: no man comes to The FATHER except through YOU+, LORD CHRIST.
Use me to speak the Truth to the Unredeemed, that they may hasten to repent and come to know YOU+ and live to love YOU+, O CHRIST.
In Your+ Holy Name, O LORD JESUS, I lift this my prayer to YOU+. Amen.
