Year of Our LORD

A tornado of gas and fire, swirling 3,280ft  into the air
above Iceland's  Bardarbunga volcano,
which has been rumbling with seismic activities
and eruptions since last month. 

The satan-followers are at it again.  

This coming Sunday evening, Year of Our LORD+, 9.21.2014,  the enemies of Our LORD and SAVIOR+ , JESUS CHRIST, will try to hold a satanic ritual where they stomp and spit upon a substitute Roman Catholic "host" .... that is, the wafer that --- to the devout Christians in the Roman Catholic camp --- represents the BREAD+, the BODY of Our LORD JESUS CHRIST. 

Because the Constitution of this nation upholds their right to do so, the city officials in Oklahoma City seem powerless to stop this group's blasphemy, token or not.

There is ONE+,  however, Who+ hears and answers prayers.  

There is ONE+, however, Who+ recognizes that there are MANY who have not bent the knee to baal. 

There is ONE+, however, Who+ heard the cry of Elijah at the appointed show-down, and not only sent fire from Heaven to burn up Elijah's sacrifice on the altar, but burnt up the altar stones and the water in the large trench round about the altar as well !   

HE+ has not gone anywhere... and HE+ has not lost any of His+ power.  

     2 Corinthians 10: 3-6

 For though we walk in the flesh, 

we do not war after the flesh: 

(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through GOD 

to the pulling down of strong holds;) 

Casting down imaginations, 

and every high thing 

that exalteth itself 

against the knowledge of GOD,

and bringing into captivity 

every thought 

to the obedience of CHRIST;

And having in a readiness 

to revenge all disobedience,

when your obedience is fulfilled.  

Dear Brethren, 

Here is the crux of the matter.  When our obedience is fulfilled, Psalm 89:7 will occur: 

" GOD is greatly to be feared

in the assembly of the saints, 

and to be had in reverence 

of all them that are about HIM+." 

If we see no fear of GOD occurring where we live, then is our obedience fulfilled ,  in the eyes of GOD ?  

Is our obedience exactly where it should be, in the eyes of GOD? 

Is our obedience such that GOD is SO PLEASED WITH IT that HE+ sends forth so strong an out-pouring of conviction that both saints and sinners are in fear and awe about what HE+ might do ? 

Do we who claim to follow Our LORD JESUS CHRIST with all that is within us, actually take every thought captive unto obedience unto CHRIST... or do our ungodly , temporal, worldly thoughts take US captive instead ?  

How, exactly, do we expend our "thought-time?"  

To the glory of GOD... or to the expression of Self ?

No-one will EVER know, except JESUS HIMSELF+.  Will we grieve the HOLY SPIRIT or  be filled with HIS abundant joy?

Yes, let us stand united with these courageous Roman Catholics who are crying out to The LORD JESUS CHRIST to thwart this blasphemy occurring in the area where they live. 

But if we wish The LORD to hear our cry on this issue --- or on any other issue --- then let us seek to have our OWN lives IN ALL AREAS OF OUR LIFE AND CALLING filled with obedience .... the kind that HE+ finds well-pleasing in His+ sight. 

So... after soul-searching, searingly-honest repentance, with clean hands and clean consciences before GOD, we can pray. 

     Praying now, according to the Will of GOD, according to all the authority given to us by the LORD JESUS CHRIST, and by all the authority through The BLOOD+ of The LAMB+, we pray in accord:

That The LORD bind the power of the strongman called spirit of anti-CHRIST, and we agree with HIM+ and bind you, strongman, in The Name of JESUS CHRIST+ our LORD, along with all of your works, roots, fruits, tentacles, links, spirits, lies, deceptions, and torments, along with those spirits of 

• deniers of the Deity of CHRIST
• deniers of the Atoning BLOOD+ of JESUS
• enemies of CHRIST and His+ Word

We, with all the authority that CHRIST JESUS grants to us through HIS+ BLOOD, we bind you and loose you to go wherever The LORD JESUS CHRIST+ sends you. 

Furthermore, In the NAME of The LORD JESUS CHRIST, we command you to loose those you have taken captive in their ignorance or through their wounds or mis-guided teaching.  We command those hindering spirits to let them go towards The LORD JESUS CHRIST. 

We ask this in the Life-Giving Name of the ONLY NAME+ given under Heaven among men, whereby we must be saved, the LORD JESUS CHRIST. 

In the Name of The FATHER,

WHO created us;

His Holy SON+ JESUS CHRIST,

Who+ saves us; 

And the blessed HOLY SPIRIT,

WHO+ sanctifies us.

Advent Meditation #21

Behold, The LAMB+ of GOD!

The soldiers... plaited a crown of thorns
and put it about HIS+ Head...

And the mercy of HIM is

unto generations of generations,

to the ones having feared HIM.

Fear is the assurance that GOD is bigger than I am. Fear is the assurance that I cannot hide my thoughts or motives from HIM.

Fear is the absolute assurance that HE is not going to excuse my disobediences just because HE loves me !

My parents loved me, but they exacted disciplinary measures when I needed to be corrected and WORDS were not bringing forth the desired obediences. 

HIS WORD does not always change us,

does it ?

His WORD will not change us if we refuse to be corrected by it. 

• If we refuse to line up our lives according to HIS WORD...
•  
• if we set at naught the instructions HE has written in His inspired Word...
•  
• if we think HE will set aside His written Word and not hold us to obeying it...
•  
• if we think HE will excuse us from following the words of The Living WORD+ made flesh...

... then we are headed for disciplinary measures.

Those measures will not be comfortable nor will they stop until the corrections are thoroughly in-grained in us and we have developed the proper fear of GOD. 

As a matter of fact, every facet, every group, in the entire Christian church system will not be excused for teaching as doctrines ANY THINGS that go against HIS WORD or HIS SON+ 'S Words. 

And, there are many. 

JESUS said, " .... Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. 

" But I+ will forewarn you WHOM ye shall fear:  Fear HIM Who, after HE hath killed, hath power to cast into hell: yea, I+ say unto you, fear HIM."

Luke 12: 4, 5 and Mt. 10:28 

MEDITATION

Gracious and Most Merciful GOD, Our FATHER, extend Thy mercy unto me.

I acknowledge my transgressions and my sin is ever before me.

I have ignored Thy Word and refused to apply it to myself. I have refused to be changed by Thy Word and lightly tossed it aside.

I have done the things I ought not to have done and did not do the things I should have done, and there is no righteousness in me.

Behold, THOU desirest truth in the inward parts and in the hidden part THOU shalt make me know wisdom, which begins with the fear of THEE, O GOD.

O LORD, I call upon Thy mercy to wash me so that I shall be whiter than snow... then the bones which THOU hast broken may rejoice.

Cast me not away from Thy presence, and take not Thy Holy SPIRIT from me. Create in me a clean heart, O GOD, and renew a right spirit within me.

These things I pray in the Name of the Un-Blemished LAMB+ of GOD, Who+ taketh away the sins of the world.

Bless GOD, we attend a Christian assembly which does not hallow war among men. The members of this assembly LIVE differently.

.

Any visitor can quietly discern that because there is no national icon waving behind this pulpit, neither do they make a distinction in prayer about which nationality of soldiers to pray for: they pray that ALL may be saved and ALL the swords of every nation will be beaten into plowshares and pruning hooks.

.

They know that ALL men are dead men... unless they know The LORD JESUS CHRIST.

.

Furthermore, political statements are NEVER heard from this pulpit because they know something: they know that Christians are living in The Kingdom of GOD and thus, serve another KING, an Infallible ONE+ Who+ doesn't need votes or guns or lies to stay in power.

.

Thus, on this day set up to honor the slain of an earthly warring kingdom and to crow about its military prowess, let us keep in mind The ONE Whom we should truly fear for HIS might and power.

...For, HE+ cometh...

for HE+ cometh

to judge* the earth;

HE+ shall judge* the world

with righteousness,

and the people with HIS Truth.

to pronounce an unescapable sentence of execution

upon someone... or some "thing."

Whom Shall I FEAR ?

... FEAR HIM+ !!!

Hear the Word of the LORD from Proverbs 19:9...

A false witness will not go unpunished,

and he who speaks lies shall perish.

A false witness is one who KNOWS better... but deliberately speaks bad things that are NOT TRUE. A false witness defames the character of someone and slanders or slays his victim with his tongue.

Everybody knows what happens to those who tell lies against neighbors, family, and friends. Estrangement occurs. A wall goes up. Hurt lies in the heart of the one being slandered so viciously.

For Christians, this happens regularly. Family members who have received a witness come under conviction by the HOLY SPIRIT. If they repent, we have won some to CHRIST. But if they don't, the phone lines and emails will be hot with false witnessing against the Christian's character.

Yes, we know how to pray: to forgive, to bind, to bless. Oftentimes, that makes the flaming tongues of hostility hotter. The LORD tells us to count it all joy because not only is it a battle for someone's soul... is it our proving ground, our testing. It is in the FIRE that our souls are weaned from ease and exercised in GODLINESS. That is when GROWTH occurs, for the faithful. And, that growth is TOWARDS THE LORD.

Yes, there will be judgment from GOD for those who provide a false witness against their fellow man, whether the false witness be in the courtroom, in the workplace, or in the family circle.

But, let's look at that Proverb once again, in a new light.

A false witness will not go unpunished,

and he who speaks lies shall perish.

Christians, take heed to your tongue.

Take heed about speaking half-truths about ME+ to others to make others "feel good" about you ... and about ME+.

I am not running a popularity contest. I do not change my Word in order to have people "come to JESUS" the soft way. Do not give the Salvation message backwards: You don't "receive ME+ "... I RECEIVE YOU...

if you are found acceptable to ME+ by your repentance,

if you are humble in your own eyes,

if you are sorrowful over your sins....

if you seal your vow to ME+ under the waters of baptism.

Remember: a false witness will NOT go unpunished, So, be mindful to represent the TRUE CHARACTER of GOD and not some fantasy about Who HE is and Who His SON+ is that is not based in Scripture but in man's confused image.

Remember: he who speaks lies shall perish. so be certain to speak of My+ judgment and My+ INtolerance of ALL sinful ways, as well as My+ love and forgiveness.

which kill the body,

to kill the soul.

But rather fear HIM+

which is able to destroy

both soul and body,

in GEHENNA

(the Lake of Fire).

Mt. 10:28

Yes, JESUS does love every soul, no matter how deep the sin. But, HE+ will deal with those who choose to love their darkness more than Light.

Do not fail to include this in your Gospel Message of Salvation. Do not be a false witness for CHRIST.

LENTEN MEDITATION 28 ~~~ Iniquity of My Sin

Lenten Meditation 28 ~ ~ ~The Iniquity of My Sin
for the Year of Our LORD, 3.4.2008

I acknowledge my sin unto THEE+,
and mine iniquity have I not hid.
I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD;
and THOU+ forgavest the iniquity of my sin.
Psalm 32:5




Gross injustice and wickedness… is the definition of iniquity.
An offense against GOD… is the definition of sin from Webster’s[1].
The violation of Divine law, going out of bounds or limits…
is the definition of transgression.




Our sin is a stench in His+ nostrils.

Furthermore, The LORD does not play “favorites” among His+ children. When we come to grips with this truth, we develop a healthy fear of The LORD: what HE+ has done to others who did not take His+ Word seriously, HE+ will do to us. The same standard is put upon each one of us and that standard does not bend. This standard is CHRIST JESUS and His+ Holiness… without which no man shall see The LORD.



Acknowledging our sin pleases The LORD. Admitting that our offenses are always done against HIM+, even if others are involved, is truth. As soon as we are aware… as soon as conviction falls upon us for serving Self… we do not run AWAY from GOD but rather run UNTO the LORD.

We do not hide our sin nor do we cloak it with an excuse. We simply and honestly admit it. The LORD knows what we’ve done anyhow; it is from ourselves that we are hiding it or dissimulating.

Thus, admitting our sin is the first step. Then we must go one step further and recognize our iniquity, our lack of innocence, in what we have done or thought.

Our iniquity shows itself when we know better, but go ahead anyhow and do things that are wrong. When we persist in holding opinions contrary to HIS+ word, this constitutes gross wickedness because stubbornness is as the sin of iniquity and idolatry. (I Sam. 15:23)

We have all tasted the loving-kindness of Our Savior. When we refuse to issue that same forgiveness and loving-kindness to others who have offended us, we are in trouble with GOD HIMSELF. (See the prayer The LORD taught His+ disciples when they asked HIM+, “Lord, teach us how to pray.” Luke 11). We have transgressed His+ Holy law of forgiveness… to forgive as CHRIST has forgiven us.

We simply cannot afford to sin against GOD. We cannot afford to practice stubbornness in any area. We cannot afford to excuse ourselves when we persist in our own thinking regardless of what The WORD of GOD says plainly.


HE+ will richly pardon and forgive us if we come clean before HIM+. HE+ will forgive, not only the sin itself, but also the presumption, the stubbornness, the taking advantage of His+ Grace and the violation of His+ Person… when we confess our sin and the iniquity underneath our foul behavior.


But, be careful. GOD cannot be tricked nor mocked.

Even honest confession and admittance of sin can be perverted by our deceitful, human hearts. Here is a true story. One man defiled his marriage bed by bringing other women into the place reserved for his wife. After many struggles, a divorce ensued. In time, this wayward man grew lonely for more stability, a home with a decent wife, and his children. So, he repented and wanted to “return home.” Yes, his repentance was for destroying the marriage and sinning against his wife and children.

But unfortunately, he only wanted the home to be regained for himself. He did not want The LORD JESUS to rule his life nor did he want to promise to abstain from affairs. This is not true repentance. This is expediency. He was ready to make only the outward changes to remove the press of being uncomfortable. Worse, he demanded his Christian ex-wife to take him back into the marriage bed because it was “the will of The LORD.” But the marriage covenant had been broken.

Yes, she forgave him but did not take him back into the covenant relationship of marriage. He hadn’t become that new creature in CHRIST yet. He refused to enter into the covenant of CHRIST and therefore, she could not be yoked unto someone outside of the Covenant of CHRIST. The marriage would have still been unclean. Wise woman!


Dear Gracious Heavenly FATHER, in the name of Thy holy SON JESUS CHRIST I come to You. I confess my sins and abhor the iniquity of them. Keep me from presumptuous sins. I am sorry for taking advantage of Your Goodness. I am sorry for persisting in my thoughts when I do know better. Forgive me for my stubbornness and let not any Self-will take root in my soul.

Now unto HIM+ Who+ is able to do abundantly above all we ask or think, I offer up these my imperfect prayers.

In the name of the FATHER, the SON, and the HOLY SPIRIT. Amen.
