MARIAM, a Mortal Human who NEEDED a SAVIOR+

DID MARIAM NEED A SAVIOR+  ?

Or . . . was she born "immaculate", without sin herself ? 

( as some groups teach.) 

Let's look into Scripture to find the truth, as always. 

 

And when the days of her purification according to the Law of Moses were accomplished, they brought HIM+ to Jerusalem, to present to The LORD;

 (As it is written in the Law of The LORD, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called Holy to The LORD;) 

And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the Law of The LORD, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons. 

Luke 2: 22-24

The Hebrew virgin Mariam MAGNIFIED GOD as her SAVIOR+ ... a SAVIOR+ to save her from her own sins... a SAVIOR+ Who+ was coming to bring salvation TO HER.

How do we  know for certain  that the Hebrew virgin Mariam was a mortal human being,  was of the seed of Adam, and was in need of cleansing ?

SCRIPTURE tells us this in Luke 2:22-24,

and

The LORD JESUS told us that

 the SCRIPTURE can NOT BE BROKEN.

John 10:35

The Evangelist Luke records that Mariam followed the Law of Moses for the purifying of her uncleanness after the birth of a male child.

That Law of Moses is found in Leviticus 12: 1-8. 

And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,

Speak unto the children of Israel, saying,

If a woman have conceived seed, and born a man child: then she shall be unclean seven days; according to the days of the separation for her infirmity shall she be unclean. 

And in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. 

And she shall then continue in the blood of her purifying three and thirty days; she shall touch no hallowed thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying be fulfilled. 

Lev 12:5  But if she bear a maid child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her separation: and she shall continue in the blood of her purifying threescore and six days. 

And when the days of her purifying are fulfilled, for a son, or for a daughter, she shall bring a lamb of the first year for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon, or a turtledove, for a sin offering, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, unto the priest: 

Who shall offer it before The LORD, and make an atonement for her; and she shall be cleansed from the issue of her blood. This is the law for her that hath born a male or a female. 

And if she be not able to bring a lamb, then she shall bring two turtles, or two young pigeons; the one for the burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering: and the priest shall make an atonement for her, and she shall be clean.

Thus, if the Hebrew virgin Mariam was in need of cleansing by the sacrifices found in the Law of Moses, she was in need of a SAVIOR+ for cleansing her soul from sin . . . the same as every other mortal human being, no matter how blessed he or she might be. 

And . . . if she  were in need of a SAVIOR+ to cleanse her soul from sin  --- she  who was chosen to bear the MESSIAH+, she  to whom the angel Gabriel was sent from the Presence of GOD --- then we  are in need of that Same SAVIOR+ to cleanse our soul from sin. 

LET US PRAY:

Precious LORD JESUS, I do not understand how YOU+ could have left YOUR+ Royal state in the Bosom of YOUR+ Heavenly FATHER and take upon YOU+ a robe of flesh, made of a woman, made under The Law.

How could YOU+ tolerate the Limitations of our flesh ?

How could YOU+ tolerate being so mistreated by the very flesh YOU+ had created with The FATHER ?

How can YOU+ tolerate men who insist upon worshipping their own flesh … their own achievements …  their own idols …  and their  well-concocted scheme to worship YOUR+ own blessed but very human mother . . . instead of YOU+ ?

Yea, THAT sword must pierce YOUR+ heart as well as hers, O dear, long-suffering SAVIOR+ !

I give YOU+ my heart, O LORD , and I will not yield it to another, including my Self.

Holy, Holy, Holy, 
LORD GOD of SABBAOTH; 

Heaven and earth are filled 
with YOUR+ GLORY.
